Why should you invest in your mental health?

In society it is accepted to go for massages, facials, meals and holidays as a means of self-care. We are also told you have to be significantly unwell or living with a diagnosed psychological condition to receive therapy. Coping Better Together believes that everyone could benefit from therapy. We are not saying you shouldn’t book that holiday or facial, we just want you to think about how much you are willing to invest on your mental health.
