- Developing an understanding of your difficulties and goals for therapy
- An assessment will have us discussing early developments, specific symptoms, current difficulties and goals for therapy. An assessment is essential to get the best out of the therapy sessions as we can tailor the sessions to you and your specific situation.
Therapy Session
10-12 weeks+
- 50 minute sessions
- Once a week
- Same day and time each week, flexible where required
- Includes Free handouts and workbooks
- We will take a research backed CBT approach to working on your day to day difficulties and improving your mindset. Without an assessment we cannot deal with more of the root causes of your issues but will be setting goals and working to overcome your difficulties.
